Eco-Battery, Inc. was founded on the belief of “recycling today for a better tomorrow.” Batteries contain hazardous materials that if not disposed of properly, the earth will be contaminated & unable to break down the components of the batteries.

It is for these reasons that Eco-Battery, Inc. pursued & secured certification with the state of Maryland and the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) for the recycling of batteries of all kinds.

Eco-Battery, Inc. is concerned that batteries are not landfilled allowing lead to leak into our drinking water. To this end we specialize in the proper disposal of spent lead-acid batteries. As we recycle the spent batteries we will be simultaneously making the earth safe for future generations.

Our Recycling Division can assist you with the evaluation and implementation of a Corporate or Agency-wide Battery Recycling Program to keep you in compliance with EPA requirements and avoid costly fines. We provide our customers with Recycling Certificates and Letters of Consumption to track your batteries from “Cradle to Grave.” Batteries can be shipped to us, dropped off at our Service Center in Glen Burnie, MD or scheduled for pick-up.
